The synopsis reads:
"Martha Hoffman, an eccentric and wealthy 83-year-old patron, is admitted to a psychiatric clinic at the request of her daughters, who claim that she suffers from dementia. The protagonist of the true case is Natalia Kohen, who died in 2022 at the age of 103 and whose case was resonant because her daughters admitted her to a psychiatric hospital for 27 days when they considered that she was wasting money.

From OtroCines they describe it as “a story full of nuances, drifts and surprises, for a film that gains interest as it progresses"El Periódico did not show the same enthusiasm when pointing out: "It is an undoubtedly affable film, but, yes, more suitable to be seen in the living room at home at nap time than to serve as an inaugural film and aspire to an award at a festival of international prestige."
MicropsiaCine, on the other hand, puts the focus on the actors: "It is Marilú Marini's performance that takes the film to another dimension". For Diario ABC, it is "a fun eulogy to old age and money (...) A film overflowing with grace and energy, with a lot of intention and desire to connect, interest and entertain the public." Finally, Screendaily states that, "Despite its generic nature, Hendler's relaxed personal touch should appeal to streaming audiences in Spanish-speaking territories and perhaps beyond.".
