"I also took training classes with Luiz and Jeová Estrelas, who are Amendoim's tutors and owners of the Estrelas Animalis school, focused on training. And there I learned how to deal with dogs, bathe them, groom them, walk them, train them. Furthermore, I also built my character at home, with the tools I usually use and study. I had contact with some shelters, talked a little about their routine and there I was sure of the importance of this character and the film as a whole, of visibility for the animal cause and the importance of adoption", he adds.
