The film 'The Ugly Stepsister', by Norwegian director Emilie Blichfeldt, has won the award for best feature film at the Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival.

The movies'The Furious’ y ‘Obsession'have received ex aequo the special jury awardwhile The award for best direction went to South Korean director Park Chan-wook for the film 'No other choice', as announced this Saturday by the director of the Festival, Angel Salaand the director of the foundation organizing the contest, Monica Garcia.

Other notable awards are the award for best female performance, won by Australian actress Rose Byrne for 'If I Could, I'd Kick You', while the award for best male performance has been awarded to the group of child actors in 'The Plague'.
