The project will have two main titles:
According to the release, the first two episodes of the series will be available on December 12th, and the rest will be released in the following weeks. The film and series premiere simultaneously.
The Eras Tour is considered the biggest tour of Swift's career and a global phenomenon. Starting in March 2023, it ran for 149 shows across five continents, ending on December 8, 2024, in Vancouver.
The tour was conceived as a “dive into the eras” of the artist’s musical trajectory — each act had a setting, costumes and repertoire aligned to different phases of her career.
Before that, Taylor had already transformed Eras Tour shows into a concert film. The documentary “The Eras Tour (Taylor's Version)” was made available on Disney+ in 2024, with additional tracks and scenes not shown in theaters. The difference now is that the new feature film invests in the behind-the-scenes and emotional trajectory of the end of the era.
