"Gabby's Magical House β The Movie" is now showing in theaters and promises to delight fans of the Netflix original series. The feature film combines animation with live-action, preserving the characteristic style of television production and taking the adventures of Gabby and her friends into the "real world".
In the story, Gabby embarks on a fun car trip with her grandmother Gigi towards the magical metropolis of Cat Francisco. Alongside Pandy Gato, Gabby goes on an exciting journey through the real world to reunite the Gabby Cats and get her dollhouse back before it's too late.
Directed by Ryan Crego, the film has a script written by Mike Lew, Rehana Lew Mirza, Adam Wilson and Melanie Wilson LaBracio. The cast includes Laila Lockhart Kraner as Gabby, Kristen Wiig as Vera, and singer Gloria Estefan playing Grandma Gigi. In the original dubbing, names like Donovan Patton (CatRat) and Eduardo Franco (DJ Catnip) are also part of the voice team.
