In 18 countries considered more “affluent” (United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand), the film “Taylor Swift: The Official” premieres today Release Party of a Showgirl”. The title gives it away: the proposal is to be an official album launch party, but in a cinematic version, complete with a big screen, popcorn combo and, of course, lots of excited swifties already released into movie theaters to dance and sing loudly.
