Taylor Swift announces ‘The Eras Tour’ film and documentary series

Taylor Swift announced the transformation of the final show of “The Eras Tour”, the most profitable tour in history, into a film and a documentary series, both scheduled to premiere on December 12th on Disney+. The documentary series “Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The End of an Era” will have six episodes. The first two will be released on December 12, the day before Swift’s 36th birthday, and the rest will be released in pairs over the following two weeks. The production is described as “an intimate look into Taylor’s life as her tour made headlines and thrilled fans around the world.”

The content promises to follow the singer and artists who participated in the tour, such as Gracie Abrams and Sabrina Carpenter – with whom Swift performs a duet in “The Life of a Showgirl”, as well as special guests such as Ed Sheeran and Florence Welch, from the band “Florence and the Machine”. The artist’s family and close friends will also appear in the production, with emphasis on her fiancé, Travis Kelce.

The film “Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The Final Show” will arrive on Disney+ on the same date.
