‘Stitch Head’ Soundtrack Album Released

Air-Edel Records has released a soundtrack album for the animated feature Stitch Head. The album features the film’s original score composed by Ugly Nick (Paddington, Little Miss Sunshine, Focus, Crazy, Stupid, Love., Quiz Lady, Ruby Sparks), as well as several original songs co-written by director Steve Hudson. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the song Are You Ready for Monsters and the first score track after the jump. Stitch Head is written and directed by Hudson and features the voices of Asa Butterfield, Joel Fry, Rob Brydon, Alison Steadman, Fern Brady, Tia Bannon and Jamali Maddix. The animated comedy follows the story of a small, forgotten creature living in a long-abandoned castle who is tasked with protecting a mad professor’s other wildly inventive creations from the suspicious townspeople of Grubber Nubbin. The movie, which premiered at this year’s Annecy International Animation Film Festival, is opening in German theaters this weekend and will be released in U.S. theaters nationwide on October 29 by Briarcliff Entertainment.
