Back Lot Music has published the long-awaited original soundtrack of Black Phone 2sequel to the successful horror thriller directed by Scott Derrickson. The music has been composed by Atticus Derricksonwho thus marks his debut in a film as main composer.

The album is published in digital format and, soon, will also have a special edition on vinyl from the hand of Waxwork Records. This new musical installment accurately captures the sinister, dreamlike and psychological tone of the film, serving as a narrative extension of the terror experienced by the protagonists.

Black Phone 2 is starring Mason Thames, Madeleine McGraw, Ethan Hawke, Demián Bichir, Jeremy Davies, Miguel Mora y Arianna Rivas. The story follows Gwenwho begins to receive calls in his dreams through the black phone while witnessing terrifying visions related to a winter camp called Alpine Lake. With his brother Finnthey will have to face The Grabber in a setting full of family secrets and supernatural dangers.

Black Phone 2 Synopsis and Trailer

The four-time Oscar nominee Ethan Hawke returns to the most sinister role of his career: The Grabberwho seeks revenge from beyond, stalking Finn (Mason Thames) through his younger sister, Gwen (Madeleine McGraw).

While Finn, now 17, struggles to rebuild his life after captivity, determined 15-year-old Gwen begins receiving calls in her dreams through the black phone and having disturbing visions of three children being chased at a winter camp called Alpine Lake.

Determined to solve the mystery and end the torment she and her brother suffer, Gwen convinces Finn to visit the camp during a blizzard. There they will discover a devastating connection between The Grabber and their family history. Together they must face a murderer who has become more powerful after death and much more important to them than they ever imagined.
