Film Festival: free bus line launched

On the occasion of the twentieth edition of the Rome Film Festival, the Special CINEMA linedesigned for facilitate the movement of visitors between the main locations of the event and the central areas of the city.
Il free bus servicecreated in collaboration with the Mobility Department of Rome Capital, will in fact connect the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone, the fulcrum of the event, and the Casa del Cinema, one of the most important spaces of the Festival, with Termini station, passing along Via Vittorio Veneto and Piazza della Repubblica.
The free service will be active every day from 8 am to 12.10 am. The itinerary will start from Termini station (Metro A, Metro B) and will travel along via Einaudi, piazza della Repubblica, via XX Settembre, via Bissolati, via Vittorio Veneto, piazzale Flaminio, viale Tiziano until reaching the Auditorium Parco della Musica. The return itinerary will follow a similar route, passing through Piazza Apollodoro, Piazzale delle Belle Arti and Piazzale Flaminio, and then returning to Termini via Via Veneto and Piazza della Repubblica.
The activation of the CINEMA line is part of a broader plan dedicated to sustainable mobility during the event.
Alongside the strengthening of public transport, interventions are planned to facilitate the use of sharing services: near the Auditorium Parco della Musica there will be reserved spaces for cars, bicycles and scooters, with the possibility of taking advantage of preferential rates and dedicated discounts made available by public operators.
Specifically, anyone who shows up at the Auditorium ticket office showing the App with the journey just taken with the Car Sharing Roma service will be able to take advantage of one 20% discount on Festival ticketswhile availability lasts. There will also be a 50% discount on the total rental for all vehicles released in the area (validity: minimum 2 hours, maximum 6 hours).
