‘K-Pop Warriors’ arrives in SP cinemas with karaoke – 10/17/2025 – Cinema

“Guerreiras do K-Pop”, Netflix’s hit animation, will be shown in São Paulo cinemas from October 31st to November 2nd. The version that hits the big screen is karaoke, where the audience is allowed to sing the songs from the scenes.

Distributor O2 Play confirmed the screening in selected theaters, including networks such as Cinemark, Cinépolis, Cinesystem, Kinoplex, UCI and Cine Araújo. Pre-sale started this Friday (17).

Directed by Maggie Kang and Chris Appelhans, the film follows the female trio Huntr/x, who combine their careers as K-pop stars with the mission of hunting demons. The group comes into conflict with the Saja Boys, a demonic boy band that seeks to steal the attention of the heroines’ fans.

The production brings together a voice cast including Arden Cho, Ahn Hyo-seop, May Hong and Lee Byung-hun. The soundtrack features renowned K-pop names, such as Teddy Park, Ejae, Danny Chung, as well as the participation of the group Twice. In the Portuguese version, there is the hit ‘Meu Pequeno Guaraná’.

In the sessions, subtitled and dubbed, the lyrics of the songs will be displayed on the screen so that the audience can sing along.

Tickets are now available on cinema chains’ websites or on the Ingresso.com platform, with prices starting at R$20, varying between chains and units.
