Elliot Page celebrates starring role in Christopher Nolan’s epic ‘The Odyssey’: “It was a joy”

The actor Elliot Page (‘The Umbrella Academy’) recently spoke about his casting in ‘The Odyssey’ (The Odyssey), the new epic directed by Christopher Nolan. The actor highlighted the opportunity to reunite with the Oscar-winning director, with whom he worked on ‘The Origin’.

“I was very excited to be remembered for (‘The Odyssey’) and to be asked to work with him again.”these Pagein an interview with Variety.

The actor recalled the process of accepting the role: “I loved working with him on ‘Inception’ and I loved being a part of that movie. I was completely excited and excited and basically went to meet with Chris and we talked about the role and then I sat in a room and read the script. It was a joy to be able to come back.”

Page added that the experience is even more rewarding now, after his transition:

“Coming back now, as you can imagine, being more comfortable in my own skin, makes this kind of project much more enjoyable. Having a new experience with Chris Nolan at this point in my life meant a lot to me, selfishly speaking.”he concluded.

The debut in Brazil is scheduled for the day July 16, 2026one day before its release in the United States.
