Casio and Back to the Future, the special edition watch celebrating the 40th anniversary

There’s one coming special Casio watch dedicated to Back to the Future to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the release of the famous first chapter of the saga Back to the Future. And so, if Marty McFly wore the equally iconic Casio CA-53 in the film released in Italy on 18 October 1985, today it is possible to strap on the wrist the special edition CA-500WEBF-1A created in collaboration with Universal Products & Experiences (UP&E). Every detail is taken care of to pay homage to the film directed by Robert Zemeckis, with engravings on the front and back and a very particular purchase packaging.

And we can therefore only start from the front of the clock, with the small keypad for the various functions and the calculator which recalls the style of the dashboard of the DeLorean, the time machine on four wheels. In particular, colors are chosen that immediately refer to time circuits used to set date and time of travel destination in the future (and, subsequently, in the past). The back of the case is engraved with the design of the fulcrum of the system created by Doc, the flux capacitor, while on the buckle of the stainless steel strap there is the logo of Back to the future.
