An armchair for two: The Black Phone 2 and After the Hunt top the box office on Thursday 16 October

A lackluster Thursday at the box office with 403,230 euros totaled (62,073 spectators) on 2,549 screens, -34% compared to Thursday 17 October 2024 and -9% compared to seven days ago.

The many new releases of the week change the face of the top 10 even if none of these impressed on the first day in theaters. Obviously we’ll see what happens next at the weekend.

The first position is contested by two very different films separated by a few euros. According to Cinetel data, horror prevailed – yet another of this year – The Black Phone 2 with 55,295 euros and an average of 209 euros in 264 cinemas.
