After the Hunt takes the lead – Box office on Friday 17 October

Friday 17 October closed with 732,479 euros (102,754 spectators) on 2,855 screens, -20% takings compared to Friday 18 October 2024 and +6% compared to seven days ago.

Thursday’s releases were joined by other releases from yesterday that entered the top 10, for a weekend that promises to be full of new releases in the rankings but then we will have to see the actual impact of these films on the market. Yesterday no film reached 100 thousand euros in takings, and that’s not a positive aspect for a Friday.

At the top of the standings, although closely followed, he places himself After the Hunt – After the hunt; Luca Guadagnino’s film, which screened in Venice, grossed 99,695 euros with an average of 250 euros in 399 cinemas, for a total of 155,471 euros in two days.

Behind him, slightly tired, we find horror The Black Phone 2 with 96,194 euros and an average of 346 euros (the highest of the top 10) in 278 cinemas, for a total of 151,628 euros in two days.
