For the first time in a long time, part of the Weasley family reunited outside of Hogwarts. Last Sunday, October 19, Oliver Phelps —who played George Weasley in the saga Harry Potter between 2001 and 2011—shared a photograph on his Instagram account that made millions of fans smile.

The actor was at a “family dinner” in Baltimore with his twin brother James Phelps (Fred Weasley) y Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley).

In the image, the three artists appear relaxed and smiling, sitting next to a window that shows the night lights of the city.

“Family dinner in Baltimore,” Oliver wrote in the caption, accompanying the message with angel and crab emojis, alluding to the characteristic symbol of the state of Maryland.

Bonnie Wright34, reposted the photo on her Instagram stories with the song “Hello,” by Oasisin the background, also drawing hearts on the image.

James did the same, and together they managed to make nostalgia invade the networks, as the comments soon filled the publication: “The meeting we all needed!” wrote one user. Another added, “Best family dinner ever.”

The scene reminded fans of the days of filming, when the actors gave life to one of the most beloved families in the universe created by JK Rowling.

The reunion in Baltimore was not the first of 2025, since in February, the three actors had met on stage at the Orlando MegaCon, one of the largest events for pop culture fans.

There, Bonnie shared an endearing anecdote from her days on set and revealed that she keeps a collection of books from Harry Potter autographed by the cast of each film.

The actress has also revealed in recent interviews that the group of actors maintains a very active group chat. “It is very populated,” he confessed with a laugh.

In a talk with People before the special performance of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at the Lyric Theater in New York, the famous woman explained that her experience playing Ginny has influenced her in her own motherhood.
