One Battle After Another against racism and misogyny

It is a major criticism of the Donald Trump government, especially in immigration policy, for its inhumane and violent treatment.

It is also a criticism of the racist policy of white supremacy, which seeks a race of pure Americans — that is, without any miscegenation with blacks, indigenous people, Mexicans or any type of Latin person — accurately portraying current American politics.

This film is so strong in its message that it is already considered one of the Oscar favorites, at the same time that the American ultra-conservative wing is campaigning against One Battle After Another.

Of course, standard behavior for those who are against democracy, against freedom of expression and, above all, against the freedom of a people.

Sean Penn plays an army sergeant, highly prejudiced and racist, recruited by the leader of this wing — an unofficial structure parallel to the government — to command the hunt for immigrants, but also the fight against the revolutionary group that fights for the freedom of immigrants captured by the government.

All the participants are great in their characters, and you can tell that they gave themselves body and soul to this script.
